Are you ready for a Marketing Reality Check?

This is a five-week process designed to uncover what about your marketing is working, what’s not, give you a sense of what your customers are thinking and, from all this, create a path forward. This is not a full-blown marketing plan that looks out 12 months with multiple strategies and budget. Frankly, things are moving too fast.

Rather, I create a path forward: keep the things that work, integrate changes to your message and methods that make sense from the customer interviews (see below), estimate a budget, implement, measure and adjust.

The process:

I interview customers via phone or in store. I ask your people questions about their customer perceptions and beliefs, and about your marketing methods.

I interview a handful of your customers. I ask them to explain their decisions in selecting you business and why.  This isn’t a report card on you, It’s a way to inform my recommendations. This is a very positive way to have real time feedback.

I write up my thoughts, recommendations and budget and we have a meeting to brainstorm my ideas.

I keep it simple and inexpensive. Reality Checks start at $1,500.
